Safety & Handling
Some items may include delicate or small decorative elements. Please keep them out of reach of young children, as they could become a choking hazard if loosened.
All products are designed for display purposes only and should be handled with care. Children should always be supervised around these items.
If you’ve ordered a 3D sign, it’s best kept in its original packaging when transporting (for example, in hospital bags or suitcases), as pressure may cause it to lose its shape.
Use of Images & Designs
By placing an order, you’re agreeing that your finished item may be photographed and shared on my business platforms. This is an important part of how I showcase my work.
I will always give you the option to have names or identifying details hidden—just let me know your preference when asked.
For adult greeting cards, images will only be shared after the relevant date has passed.
Once items have been completed and photographed, I’m unable to agree to requests to withhold them from being shared.
Order Photos
Custom orders will be photographed and sent to you before dispatch.
For ready-made or seasonal items, photos may not always be provided, especially during busy periods, to ensure orders are completed and shipped as quickly as possible.
Turnaround Time
Estimated turnaround times are shown on the website and should be checked before ordering.
Communication
Please keep an eye on your messages, as delays in replies can impact the completion time of your order.
Personalisation Details
Make sure all names, dates, and spellings are correct when placing your order. Once work has started, changes to the design may not be possible.
