• Orders are dispatched as soon as they are completed.
• You will receive a dispatch confirmation email when your order has been posted.
• We only ship once an order is fully paid and all details are confirmed.


3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

• Delivery times depend on your location and the courier/postal service used.
• Estimated delivery times are provided by the courier and are not guaranteed.
• Delays may occur due to weather, strikes, seasonal peaks, customs (if applicable), or other courier-related issues.

• By Trixie Belle is not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

• Replacements for lost or damaged packages are not guaranteed, as these situations are outside our control.
