Due to the personalised and handmade nature of our products, By Trixie Belle operates a strict No Returns, No Refunds, and No Exchanges policy.

This includes:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect information supplied by the customer
• Variations in handmade appearance
• Custom or bespoke items

However, if an item arrives with a clear manufacturing fault, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs so we can assess the issue.
